Is G-20 taking cue from Indian story - Inclusive growth?
Recent G-20 pledge to find global solution to a supposedly global slowdown (ooooops...did I blurt it, created by few local greed's) is interesting. The IMF & WB funding of a trillion dollar or so, giving aid to developing and under-developed nations, seems to be similar to Indian 'promise' of inclusive growth.
In both cases, Is it a nice way of pulling extra money from already compliant taxpayers & safety first money saving citizens/economies?
It is interesting to see how few developed economies are trying to act on things with urgency for the under-developed, which they didn't care much during best of the times? Is this for real?
One silverlining in all this is drama is, time is a great leveler and there is something positive for under-developed. Atleast there will be some under-privileged who might get some help and hope for better days ahead. When our house is on fire, our concern for homeless gets better...looks like it takes a major crisis to remind people about this. Let thousand roses blossom...may be more in MY backyard and atleast few in someones place !!!
