I had a refreshing -AH HA -moment this morning when calling on a side line associate to help me with a new associate. He'd been gone a week, got home late last night, and had just fired up the coffee pot and the computer, and I think I was the first one he responded to on his email list.
This is the beauty of a man who's living in whats known as "Right Livelihood"... He has a weeks worth of work to catch up on, yet takes time to answer my mail, and actually schedule time for a conference training call this very morning!
This call will probably last about an hour, and he's giving of himself freely, without objection or complaint, to help someone in the company who won't give him a penny in commission.
His motto is "If I help enough get what they want, then I will get what I want." Good words to live by huh?
If you find a company with people like that, you've found something very special!
