There is a movie I saw a while ago about how one boy was able to create a shift that affected millions. It's called "The Power of One" and is a true story about the abolition of Apartheid in South Africa. It is a must see for anyone, but the basic principles of the Power of One apply in our industry as well.
So pull out a calculator and do the math, I won't do it for you! Assuming you find one new associate each month and train them to do the same. 1 + 1 = 2, 2 x 2 = 4, get the picture? What number do you come up with after 12 months? I quit counting after the 5th month! If you did 1/10th of that number, you'd be in the multiple six figure income bracket in a 5 Pillar Company.
Next apply this figure to your income goals, your compensation plan, and the company your in. You will know where you will be a year from now in your success, just by applying the amazing principle of The Power of One! The next step of course is to get out there and DO IT !
Remember, you'll need a duplicatable system to achieve this!

Your last sentences You cleave the pin. Why the simple mathematics out of action, is missing duplication. You toil, toil, toil... And untutored it same do his colleague. And they, than swing, so go out. And you can resume. A you can begin again. And again. And again... Whole magic is in duplication. When You it teach, teach it Your colleague and teach it teach it their colleague - you have won. Then already it is just about patience. I am behind cub tutored at school quotation from V.I. Lenin: "To learn, To learn, To learn!" In MLM it is valid: "To teach me, To teach other, To teach other To teach!".

Numbers Don't Lie
Paul this is a very powerful formula. And as you say with a truly duplicatable system, should be attainable to anyone who willing to be coachable and do the work.
