When evaluating companies, opportunities and compensation plans, ask people in the know the "Mother of all Questions"
That most important question to me is: How many people will it take in my organization to have a 10 K monthly RESIDUAL income? I've had more people beat around the bush when it comes to this most basic, and probaby most important of all questions. After all, who and what are we working for anyway?
How long do you want to work to achieve a 6 figure income? In my company it's 2 years (my timeline) and 350 people. In my prior company it is 5-10 years, and 2500 people for the part timer, if at all.
The answer to these questions will tell you how hard you have to work, how long it will take, and how much money your giving to the company. Critical information to know, don't you think?
