Something to think about...

I posted this on another blog site and decided to share it with you as well. Any feedback is welcome:

I've had days to think about life and what it brought to me.I asked God last night and for some odd reason the game of Tetris kept playing in my head."Tetris? Why are you thinking about a game at a time like this?!"Well, I picked up my iPhone and started to play the game.

And, as most of you know, Tetris is like a puzzle. Pieces fall from the top and you must make a line out of blocks in order for it to disappear. What's so great is that there is always a picture of what the next piece is. Right?

Then I got it!

They say that God has our lives already written out for us. He knows what comes next, he puts obsticles in our way to see how we overcome them. But, unlike Tetris, we don't know what's coming next. We have to wait until it hits us right in the face. But what if we did know exactly what was right in front of us; would we know ahead of time what it is we have to do? Would you like to know everything that's going to happen to you before it happens?Think about it; if the game is telling you what is coming next, then why do some of us have a problem getting rid of the lines? If I can't even master the game how can I expect to master my life?
