Less is More, More or Less
There is a saying that goes, “Less people need to be like most people... and most people need to be like less people.”
This was something that truly confused me for about three days as I came to grips what was really being said.
I mean, I knew that the masses usually don’t have a clue when it comes to success, fulfillment, leadership, and the like. It’s evident when we see Kiyosaki’s Quadrant and the statistic that says 95% of the nation is working for money and controlling 5% of the nation’s wealth... and the other 5% of the nation has money working for them, and they control the other 95% of the wealth.
So, yes, obviously here, most people need to be like less people.
But less people need to be like most people. This phrase stumped me. Logically, I can’t agree that the smaller amount of people need to go out and be like the rest of the world.
Here’s what’s really being said. Most people are living each day just like the last. Most people have lives of mediocrity. Most people don’t push their comfort zone and build their dreams because they have the illusion that it’s more comfortable to build someone else’s.
We need less people like that. We need more who want to live each day like it’s their last, embrace a life of boundless possibility, and break barriers to build a legacy of their own.
The world is calling out for you to be great. Fulfill this demand, and you shall be like less people.
