MLM (The Nature Of The Beast)

Hi guys Rob here,

I wanted to touch on an important subject on MLM for the newcomers.I like to call it "The Nature Of The Beast". These days where the internet has literally exploded mlm across the world, I can't help but feel that a lot of these mlm systems are not user friendly, meaning that most companies out there,  really don't have the capability to duplicate ones efforts, there is no training on duplication. We all know that you have to teach people to teach others to teach right?

 Unless you have a good understanding on how mlm works from previous experience you don't know what you should be doing. Sure these companies give multiple free traffic websites and banners that you put on these sites but what else.Where is the leadership, where is the lead by example. You will never be able to build a big enough network to support your goal in mind. To create that residual income you HAVE TO, HAVE TO, become a leader in your own right.

Whatever company your in, it really doesn't matter its all networking.What are you networking? people, you are networking with people not product or service.Unfortunately the internet all though very powerful still lacks the person to person approach.

You need that personal touch to it and with that personal touch you want to teach them to teach, and those teach others to teach and so on so it travels through your downline.Thats duplication. Thats building a network,and faster than you think once this is set properly.

 So my advice to you guys is this. First become the student.Learn from the best.If there not in your upline than find that person elsewhere just find somebody that will walk you through the steps.Read books, join groups or start a group.Invite your prospcts to your group, remember your the leader, teach them by example believe me, by doing this it will get your downline exited about being in business with you.

They will feel more confident and it will rub off ,and start becoming leaders themselves.See thats the name of the game.You want to find the leaders in your group because they are the ones that will be the driving force for your business.

So you want to be doing this as quickly as possible. By weeding out out the dead wood you will have a solid downline that knows what they are doing and when they bring new blood into the system they are going to see and feel that energy.

More importantly when they meet YOU,  you will have credibility, you have established your position as a leader of all leaders in your organization. When new prospects see that, there is no doubt that they will want to be in your group and the proccess starts all over again teach them by example, teach them by showing them!

Anyways thats my take on this subject I hope somebody out there takes this in and makes a difference in their journey!.
