Are you armed for battle?

I was listening to a conference call a few nights ago and as I was listening this thought came across my mind. What is the one thing that is truly lacking when you decided to join your network marketing company. Think about it very carefully. I would hazard a guess that you said true quality education. When I talk about education I am not talking about understanding what your company has to offer whether it be the product or service, comp plan, bonuses, etc. I am talking about true eduation of network marketing.

Let's dig into this a little deeper for a few minutes. How many of you have truly taken the time to understand what network marketing is all about. How are you educating yourself to improve your skill set and therefore your value to yourself and others that you come in contact with? When I say "Are you armed for battle?", the above mentioned statements are what I am referring. Here's a thought. Before you became involved with network marketing did you have a 9 to 5 so to speak? If you answered yes, I would say there was some type of formal training you had to attend. I am saying this to say that in order to be successful and be fully armored to win you have to train and educate yourself.
