Love Him or Hate Him Randy Gage Will Be Randy Gage

I'm in a club. It's a Leadership Club. It's a club in Toastmaters International in my area called the Leadership Club! Here's our mission:

" The Mission of the Toastmasters Leadership Club is to provide a supportive atmosphere where each member can advance their leadership skills through interaction with experienced leaders, participation in leadership building programs, and direct leadership experience so that members can develop advanced leadership skills and realize their highest leadership potential."
 
I mentioned this because I just received the December edition of Toastmaster magazine and in it I saw a full page ad for Bill Gove so out of curiosity, I went to www.billgove .com. I noticed that Randy Gage sits on the National Board of Advisors for the Gove-Siebold Group along with Mark Victor Hansen, Bob Proctor and Brian Tracy just to name a few.
 
It made me think about Randy's Leadership and Focus. I haven't purchased a lot of his materials but being that I used to be in AGEL, in the organization that he is a part of with his sponsor Eric Worre, I got a lot of good training on those Monday night leadership calls that he lead... for free!
 
People have their opinions about Randy but all I can say is that he is consistent. In my observation he doesn't care about what you think about him enough to allow it to get him down. He has conviction about his beliefs, who he is and where's he's going. He's unapologetically Randy!
 
That's one of the things I remember about being at "Go Diamond" in San Diego or "Agelworld" in Utah was his willingness to be himself in the flesh, no fluff, no filler, just Randy. Like it or not. I truly admire him for that. I admire him for not being afraid to speak his mind because in my opinion, many times he says the things that people aren't ready yet to admit is true.
 
Even if what he says isn't completely true, somehow there's a thick thread of relevancy that's still apparent. If you're new to Network Marketing, Randy Gage is a recognized trainer and leader in this industry having personally trained and mentored many of the leaders in different MLM companies over the years and achieving major personal successs in Agel as the top money earner.

I think their were some good tips that Randy gave on mindset and building up the belief in yourself that you can and will succeed. Not just saying it but really having no doubts whatsoever. You can do this!
