The IBO Toolbox URL is a great tool for all online network marketers and their network marketing presence.

This tool puts across the top of the page you are promoting a tool bar with your many features that help your prospects get to know about your activity and business(es) on the internet.

Starting out with your profile picture, though very small, you are identifiable if the picture is well taken. Next to your picture is the your name you used to sign up for you IBO account. Directly under your name is the number of ‘likes’ you have received by others in the IBO Toolbox system.

Clicking on your name, which highlights orange as you hover over it, will take you to your IBOSocial page. The IBOSocial page is your business page with your business information, a link to your product page, a link to your sign up page, your latest blog, and more.

Next in the IBOURL tool bar is a link to the videos you have uploaded to the IBO system. By mousing over the words “My Videos” it will turn orange letting you know that it is clickable. When you click on the “My Videos” a drop down menu will appear with a list of the videos you have uploaded, each of which are viewed by clicking on the name of the video.

After My Videos is the My Blogs, again mouse over and it turns orange to signify it is clickable. When you click on the My Blogs a drop down menu will appear with the titles of your last 10 blogs, each clickable, taking you to the blog for easy reading on your IBOSocial page.

The next section has links for ‘Contact Me’ and ‘Live Chat’. When you mouse over the Contact Me, it turns orange and when you click on it a drop down menu appears so the your viewer may input their name, first and last, their phone number, email and any comment they would like to leave, each section in the Contact Me form is optional and your viewer may complete any part of the form they would like, then they simply click on the link ‘Send Message’ and the message is posted to you directly.

Directly below the Contact Me link is the ‘Live Chat’ link, mouse over, turns orange, click and you are taken to the that persons IBOSocial page where a drop down menu will immediately appear for the viewer to fill in to be taken to a chat session. The form requires a name, any name is accepted, and an optional space for phone number and email address. A chat dialogue box will appear on the bottom of the the viewers screen, with a similar screen appearing on the person you are requesting to chat with, saying ‘requesting chat’.

Now on this chat screen there are numerous icons that make this way more than just a chat room / session. There are links for starting an audio/video chat, a save to desktop of your chat session, a share my screen feature, a whiteboard feature, a collaborative document feature and a send file feature.

All these making the IBO Chat a unique and collaborative session that makes interacting a snap.

This feature alone is very valuable to both the layperson as well as the professional needing to make a presentation, or a team collaborating on building documents.

The ‘Chat’ is so valuable that it will be covered later in a blog of it’s own.

Finally on the IBOURL tool bar is the IBO members IBO Rating. This rating is 0 to 6 stars indicating the amount of activity associated with this member.

Below the IBO Rating are the links to the IBO members social media connections, maximum of six. This social media links include, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, MySpace, Delicious and Flickr. Simply click on the icon and you are connected to the IBO members social media site.

IBO Toolbox, again, goes beyond the exceptional, to the truly remarkable.
