How many of you can cay you have fallen into that category in the past? I know that I have.
You get withdrawal symptoms if you're away from your computer for more than five minutes. Your spouse has threatened to take an axe to your monitor. You no longer have time to do the little things - like eat, sleep, or even shower.
The WORST part is that for all the time you're spending at your keyboard---
---you're not making a penny!
Listen, I KNOW what you're going through! Just like you, I gave up friends, family, and going to the bathroom so I had more time to become the next Internet millionaire. And yes, just like you, my profits wouldn't have bought a postage stamp!
Understand, I'm not lazy. I knew that any business requires the cost of time. I would not have minded all the hours I was putting in--- if I were just making some blasted income!
So, basically, all I'm saying here is just because you're building your business here, doesn't mean you should spend SO much time in front of the computer.
Remember to take breaks, eat, exercise, day dream, play with your kiddos, talk with your spouse. All of these things help recharge our batteries and does not limit our mental capacity once the hours start getting a bit long in front of the ol' monitor.

Very wise words. I have seen so many fall into that "busy work" that really moves nothing forward.
Who am I kidding, I've done it too :)
My business is based on relationships with people, therefore I know if I am hiding behind my keyboard typing email and such I am really not moving my business forward.
OK well that's it for me back to work :)
