Little Tools Add Up To A Lot More Productivity

There are so many things we need to do everyday. Are you using tools that can help you be more productive? Here are a few that I count on every day:

Roboform: There is a free trial for this handy little program. Roboform saves up all your usernames and passwords for you Plus a whole lot more, like your address, phone number & website url. You can have several different identities so that when you're posting something like classified ads or blog comments, for example, all your info will auto-fill.

Notetab Light: This handy little text editor is really for people who do html and stuff but it is one of the best text programs out there if you ask me. You can add tabs at the top and these stay there whenever you open Notetab Light. I have tabs for affiliate links, emails, all sorts of ads and about me bios. I also use Microsoft's OneNote which I really like but it doesn't save the stuff automatically as just plain text.

FinePrint: This amazing little program lets you print two pages of text on one page. It also removes the images. You can print in a lighter ink as well. I print up loads of ebooks, emails and all sorts of stuff. This program has saved me more on ink that it ever cost me.

Other things that save me lots of time are using the tab feature of FireFox. You can open a bunch of websites, like all the places you want to submit your article, save all the open tabs as a folder and then open that folder all at one time.

If you have Windows 7 or Vista, there is speech recognition software included already. This can make writing articles and emails much faster.

The last thing I'd like to touch on is the power of email. Not just how fast it is and stuff but using the emails that you get automatically with your hosting provider can really help keep you organized. For example, with my host, I get an unlimited number of email addresses. This means I can set up separate email accounts for my blog, for facebook, for linked in or for things like groups that I'm involved with.
