3 Questions to Ask of Your Inner Circle

Are you strategic with those you spend the most time with?

When we witness someone who rises to the top and who is incredibly gifted, it’s easy to think their talent alone got them there… but it’s your inner circle that has the greatest impact on your results.

Your mastermind group will enable you to do more than you could do on your own. It’s crucial to be surrounded by high performers that help you expand your vision and your influence to reach others. Those closest to you absolutely determine your level of success.

When you are part of an inner circle, they will help you navigate potential landmines as well as teach you how to maximize all your gifts and abilities. Without a mastermind team you won’t get that opportunity.

Those who are closest to you will make or break you. Your life is usually fairly similar to the 5 people you spend the most time with. Do you need to switch things up and start to associate with those who are living the life you desire?

My inner circle has helped me push through barriers and expand what I thought was possible. They called out my excuses… which I thought was excellent reasoning :) They helped me make small tweaks to my business and prospecting that make all the difference. Just being around them make me better. When I listen to them I am inspired. They encourage me, provide valuable skill sets and sometimes give me a wake up call when necessary. They cause me to push harder, to hustle, they call me to perform with a congruent message, to record results… they simply make me better then what I could be alone.

Teamwork, mentorship and accountability are crucial to my success. No one does everything well. With a team leadership approach you will find your way to a successful journey with your desired end results.

You Need to Be Intentional When You Build Mastermind Relationships by Asking These 3 Questions:

1) Do they have high influence with others?

You absolutely have to draw upon influencers, those who display excellence and good character.

2) Do they bring complementary gifts to the table?

With a team approach you can share experiences, ask questions, test ideas. Team up with those who possess strengths in your areas of weakness.

3) Do they hold strategic position in the Organization?

You simply want to raise one another’s game!
