The Power Of " 3"
There is one thing you can do to instantly increase your sponsoring success and that is to tap
into the power of 3rd person credibility!Had it not been for 3-ways, many network marketers have no doubt they would have quit network marketing in my first six months.
A great deal of passive learning takes place on those 3-way calls. Through repetition, you
can learn how to deal with all kinds of prospects and had a lot of fun doing it.
Unfortunately, too many networkers try and go it alone. Yes, it can be done but you can
substantially increase your results by working in tandem with your upline.
Don't go it alone... make use of 3-ways with your important prospects.
Here's why: Whether your prospect is somebody you know, or someone you just met - introducing them to a 3rd person who validates what you say GREATLY increases your credibility, plus it makes your presentation more compelling. It also helps to increase rapport and gives your prospect even more to connect with.
If you're experienced you may only choose to bring your upline in at the end, but bring them in.
A simple way to word it if you're working by phone is to say:"Dave, I'd like to give you an opportunity to meet some of the people on our team that you'll be working with in addition to myself."
From a product angle, you could word it: "hey, I wanted to introduce you to Angie -
she's gotten some awesome benefits from our product I thought you'd enjoy speaking with her."
People always enjoy hearing other people's stories and this is a great way to bring in this powerful recruiting approach.
Remember that people like to feel a part of something, and meeting one or more additional members of your team helps them feel that they're going to be part of something bigger than just "you and them."
The most effective manner to make introductions is this: Edification of BOTH parties. If you put each of them "on a pedestal" you've stroked their ego. If you introduce your upline and shower them with praise, your upline is like "Wooo. I'm important." Then you introduce the other party "...and this is my friend Bob". How important does Bob feel? Not very!
If you're introducing your prospect to your upline, once you've intro'd them, let your upline take the lead from that point forward. Don't interrupt them...let them get into "the flow" with your prospect and establish solid rapport.
No matter how good you get at this business, don't forget about 3-ways. They're one of the
most powerful tools you can have in your sponsoring arsenal.
To your success!
