1) Depends on whose looking - Sometimes it's Hot, sometimes it's NOT.

2) What they are looking for - Offer what they want.

3) Continually run your ads - Short term = low results.

4) Grab their attention with the first 5 words - Or lose them.

5) Create curiosity by asking questions and increase your response.

6) Hype attracts the wrong prospects - Get rich quick is the wrong attitude.

7) Show added value - How can I help you.

8) Not all leads are good leads - Weed the garden and keep planting seeds! If someone requires more energy than they put out, this may be a sign to move on.

9) Impact- Don't inform. (Buzz words help)

10) Fear of loss - People will move twice as quick for loss then gain.
