Don't recommend that, here's why
I know it sounds like a great idea if you're new to the Internet but here's why it's not good:
When you post that on your Twitter (which is how it works) it turns off all the good marketers and business people because, whether it's a cool concept or not they perception with something like that is it is a gimmick and spammy and people are resistant to it. I happen to think the concept is cool because I love exponentialism and short cuts, but I've learned it doesn't reward us online to look for short cuts.
Twitter could close your account. Whenever you try to take a short cut and use a tool in a way it was not intended, you're running the risk of being banned.
It will probably not be that effective anyway. Because the more successful Tweeters (people with more than 1000 Twitters) will not promote it (or most of them won't) and because these 'leaders' with the most followers who have a lot of respects are 'talking smack' about it, which I am seeing a lot of... most will not do it. I already have been watching several people who promoted it and do not see a significant increase in their followers. Maybe over time I'll end up wrong, it's always possible... but this is my 'take' on it.
I hope I'm wrong as you will have a lot of followers on Twitter!
