Some people don't take rejection well

Well I've had an interesting couple of days interviewing for my top positions for capital cities in Australia and it hasn't gone well.

I haven't accepted anyone I have interviewed yet because of their attitude (or lack of it) and they did not take it well, claiming they have the right to join, who do you think you are, blah blah blah.

Well I do have the right, it's my line, and it's crucial I get this right.

Yes you do have the right to join, but not with me.

Don't be afraid to do this. Even though our instincts are "I better take them because ......" it's your business you are running, you have the right to choose your 'employees'. It's going to be a long relationship so you need to do it right.
