Think and Grow Rich Chapter 10 The Power of the Mastermind
In this lesson Dr. Hill tells us this is the 9th step towards Riches. You have to have a mastermind group. Imagine how difficult it would be come up with ideas on your own. A mastermind group can consist of 2 people. Hill says when 2 people are together and they are working and thinking in harmony it is like having a 3rd person in the room, that 3rd person can help create new ideas and plans.
In my opinion a mastermind is CRUCIAL for the health of my business and my team. Network marketing is NOT an easy business, you have to work on yourself and help others. It is work. But that's why we say we are building a multi-million dollar business, so is the work worth it? YES!!!! Of course. But we also need to help of our mastermind to help us stay focused and help direct us where we need to be. We can't do this business alone.
If you want to make millions you need to be around millionaires. Associate with like-minded people who will HELP you reach your goals. I read somewhere that your average income is similar to your 5 closest friends! Wow!! Would you say that is subconscious? I would because you don't really know what your friends make but you know you have the same type of life style.
The Mentoring for Free calls are my mastermind group. Everyone on these calls support me in my jouney to become successful in this industry. I want to be a millionaire and I will. Michael Dlouhy is the closest millionaire I know I can come to when I need something. He is always encouarging me and others to believe in ourselves and to become strong individuals. We are taught HOW to think not WHAT to think, and for that I am forever grateful.

Hill has it right! Belong to mastermind group is crucial
I think belonging to a mastermind group is absolutely key to your success having read this book and this chapter particularly hammers the point home. I'm so grateful to have found a mastermind group of people who are passionate about pursuing their life dream!
