What's all this Talk on Fear?!
Lately I've been doing a lot of reading about the mindset. There are many things involved with this but I just want to focus on one thing here and that is Fear. This past week I heard it said that we are all the person we are today because of the people we grew up around. That includes thoughts and ideas and opinions of many people that make up who we are. Now, I am 24 and I just really starting to understand this and now that I am aware of this, I can change it.
So if there were a lot of people around me that have Fears it could rub off on me. When negativity begins or Fear comes up, I can change the way I am thinking or change the subject with that person.
But I want you to think about something here....Can your Fear hold you Back??
This week I read " The old saying "it's only in your head" treatment presumes fear doesn't really exist. But it does. Fear is real. Fear is success enemy number one. Fear stops people from capitalizing on opportunity.."
The solution: Action. Action cures Fear. So if Fear exists ask yourself: What am I doing about it? What am I doing to correct the situation?? You can use this two-step procedure to cure Fear and win Confidence:
#1- Isolate your Fear. Determine exactly what you are afraid of.
#2- Then take action. There is some kind of action for every type of Fear.
And remember, hesitation only makes the Fear grow, take action quickly and be decisive! You can do it, I believe in you.
To your Success, your friend for life,

Great Advice Stefanie !
I like what you said about taking action to overcome your fear that really makes alot of sense, and I also like when you said now that you are aware of it you can change it. It sounds like you are on the right track Stefanie keep up the good work.
Fear will sabotage success
Great article Stephanie! There's a saying I love, "fear knocked at the door, love answered and no one was there." Without fear we can be so much more successful. Fear can paralyze a person but doing something about it will set you free!
God Bless,
Trish
