I got a Lead and No way of contacting her!
Read More: I got a lead! I haven't a clue as to how she forund me or my product but she was interested and emailed me through the company I buy my products from. How exciting! Only problem is her email address wasn't working. Oh well, the adreneline rush from that one beautiful lead sent me into orbit!
I made my opt in page for Miracle Lifestyle Treasures which will be my back end network marketing business for my main website as well as being promoted mainstream as a Home Based Network Marketing Business.

Will you my friends take a peek and let me know how I can improve it? Does the opt in entice? Does it make you want to know more? How can I improve it? Should I get rid of the exit Pop UP?
When I have tweaked it with your suggestions I will have my husband put it up on our website and anywhere else I can think of. My Space comes to mind as well as facebook, any other suggestions?

First off I'd have to ask if this is a site you created or is it provided by your company?
If you do have control over the content/layout of the page I do have a few suggestions for you...
You had mentioned that you don't know where your lead came from so I looked at the code on your page and noticed that you didn't have any tracking code in your html. At least I didn't see any.
If you don't track where people are coming from then it's pretty much a crap shoot and you won't know which traffic sources are working for you an what's not. Without that data you won't be able to tell where to focus your efforts more.
You could use Google Analytics so that you can see exactly where your traffic is coming from. All you have to do is sign up for free at http://www.google.com/analytics . They will provide you with the code to place on your website. Just follow their instructions.
As far as the person's email not working. Forget about em. They're just filling forms seeing if they can get to your info without having to give you their correct email address. It happens :). Not worth your time...
About the exit pop... I've seen these things used succesfully and I've seen them used pretty poorly. Not to come off as a total jerk, but the monologue that accompanies your exit pop just screams of neediness and desparation. I'm not sure who recorded it but the whole "We NEED you tell us why you won't give us a fair chance" makes it sound like you're hanging on by a very fine thread.
If it can be reworded so that it comes from a frame of mind that doesn't demonstrate need it may be of some better use to you. Besides, your page should be about the visitor's needs, not yours.
However your recording is very personable and inviting. Definitely demonstrates a nice human aspect to your page.
When you can measure things like where your traffic is coming from, how long they stayed, where they went afterwards then you can change just about anything you want to in order to convert traffic more effectively. Just make sure you only try one piece at a time and see if it improves your conversions.

P.S. Oh yeah... the text is kind of tough to read over the blue background. Perhaps you could try a soft grey or even white background instead. Like I said though, test it and see if it helps. You've got nothing to lose.
