Compensation Plans!  What is yours?  What are you looking for?

Personally I am looking for a plan that will pay me the most with the least amount of work.  How about you?  When you joined your company, if your in one, did you do the math?  How many people do you need to have involve in your opportunity to make $100 a month?  $500 a month?
$2000 a month?  $5000 a month?  How much do you need to become full time in your business?

I am talking about residual income, not money where if you sponsor someone you get a huge bonus.  If you want to make big money for each sponor/sale then I can show you some other business opportunities that offer a greater reward.  But you only get the reward when you make the sale.  Then you start again.  Residual is where you build it once and it continues to pay you.

For the people who are still looking at opportunities and need help determining how many people it takes to make a certain amount of money I will be happy to show you how to figure your pay plan out.  In fact anyone who would like help figuring out how many people are need to make a certain amount of money please feel free to e-mail me.  I'll explain how to do it.  I beleive this is important information when we are building a business.  If you were looking for a job a big part of why you chose one job offer over another is the pay plan. Right?  So why isn't it just as important in Your Business?

Know Your Number...

It is very important to know how many people you need according to your comp plan to make your goal income.  Then you can figure out if it is a feasable opportunity for you.

Have you ever tried to figure out how many people it wouls take to receive 10k a month on that pay plan bigest amount I can see they would pay is 1k a week and that is 10000points. so to acheive 10k a month I don't see it happening. Maybe you need to do a little research in pay plans. If you really want be be able to retire and not work any more.

That was the defining question for me

I just couldn't see myself working another 5-10 years when I could do it in 2-3! When the right company presented itself, I jumped in.

Not just how many people

but also what level do they need to acheive before you make what you want to make? It's good if your success is partially dependent on helping others, but not if you are tied to what your group makes so that they become a dead weight.

Crunching The Numbers....

Something my upline never taught me, over the past 8 yrs.  When I finally learned how to build a strong  foundation, I learned that "My Life" is very valuable and if I want to "Own My Life" than I need to take the time to know how hard I am going to have to work to get there.  If it takes 2500 people to make a 10K per month income when there is a company as low as 350 people to acheive the same amount, why in the world would we want to work 5 times harder to get there. 

Thank you for bringing the importance of knowing "what it takes" to the surface to help others address that piece, before they have wasted years trying to acheive something that may never be possible.

You have hit on the most important thing you are going to need for success. It is of the utmost importance to be sure the compensation plan fits your personaility type and i suggest thar new people partisipate in colors training.

Sorry I went a Little overboard with the links

I am glad you understand my compensation plan but you are missing 3 Huge parts

Extra: Our Binary compensation plan is not limited by levels because points roll up no matter how far they are at the bottom of your tree but there is a max so the top person never makes the most!

1. after you max out one business center which is 5k left 5k right which = 10k yes you make 1k a week
You are also advanced to the position of Silver Director and offered a Re-Entry meaning another business center at every business center you max you receive 1-2 more business center and each business center can earn up to 1k (you start out with 3 or 1 business center depending on what you buy in or Invest) so the possibilities are endless!

2. Matching Bonus If you sponsor 4 people within 6 weeks of entering the company you receive a title called platinum and if you sponsor someone who becomes platinum the company will pay you 100% of whatever they make for their first 32 weeks and if they sponsor someone who becomes platinum same as well but not only do they make that money but you as well!

3. Silver Director maybe highest position shown on the graph but after silver there are big positions and they receive a percentage of the company's earnings from a overflow of points 3% and more depending on your Title (^_^)

I am not sure of how many people I would need to sponsor to make 10k a month but what I do know is my Emerald Director only has around 300 or less associates she makes well around 3-5k a week.

Can you please inform me on some other compensation plans?

I have seen Prime America but at the time I viewed their plan I did not bother because it looked like b.s. and after you get your license you become competition amongst your down line!

I believe that perhaps you and I are in the same business. What I read about yours is the same as mine.

I have been very fortunate with mine as I have been able to soar in a very short period of time.

I really love what I am doing, which is half of the battle.
