How Attraction Marketing Is Working In England..
I like to share something and hope it gives you ideas too. For sometime, I have been looking at the problems business owners going through in our city and also around the uk, England. What I haven't done is designed a capture or blog to launch yet.
Why?
I wanted to find out more first. I needed more information on my audience group. I am glad I did. Here's what happened.
The Value Not In Your Eyes But Your Audience Eyes
I have been asking shops, businesses what they really need help in. Well, there were quiet a few but there was one thing they all put at number 1, the top, the first if they find a way to get it sorted. They've talked and went to meetings but no one has listened.
All they got was a bunch of courses and meetings that really didn't bring solutions that could help them.
There are many business centres and organisations that say they cater for entrepreneurs but the information is kind of confusing. What they do is also confusing. The business owners wanted to have a platform where all these organisations and business centres to be in one place.
That their services they provide isn't buried under lots of umbrella organisations and logo's. That's what's happening right now and well, looking pretty isn't making things great and easy for these business owners.
This has caused confusion and also, not one organisation or business centre has designed an educational system online. Education the business owners can tap into and learn how to market their business online and be able to come together and chat.
Major confusion is happening.
So, this gave me an idea. I visited about 500 business took their numbers and I have been chatting to all these businesses on phone trying to get to bottom of it. Their frustrations, and the outcome they need:
- Where they are at now. The frustration, the pain..
- Where they want to be. The result. The outcome
- What medium best suited for them all.
Since doing this, I felt I've grown but most importantly, I am been getting phones calls from these business too, giving me ideas. Yes, they now call me which is great. And they've passing my number to other businesses.
Anyway, I got a meeting on tuesday guys! I'm a bit nervous but hey, that's natural isn't it. The meeting is to come together to see what solutions I have come up with. So I have been busy designing solutions, educational material but also the marketing system to drive all this.
What they don't know is, a surprise for them all - I went to all the organisations and business centres, so I can bring them ALL into one place. Each one has it's own thread, and each advisor will be able to chat and share what they do, to clear the confusion.
And here's the thing. They wanted to have this done in first place but they just needed someone to know "how to." No one did or just didn't give the time to see in their perspective too.
So, you have three audience here now and what's crazy, is when I went deeper, the communication level between the three was all over the place. And communication and making it stronger is one of the points I found out is needed..
- The Home Business owners
- The organisations provide services
- The business centres that provide funding and training
The business centres needed training that will solve the home business owners. They haven't got that. So, that means, I design the training. See how it's opening up now?
Then the organisations need a platform where they can raise awarness of the services they provide but the way they have done it, repels. So again, I can provide training to the organisations in how to brand themselves without sales pitches. By giving value. Training materials here again that they are willing to fund to give to...home business owners.
The Home Business owners who want to know who these organisations are, what they do, a platform to hang around and most of all....training.
For me, I couldn't have done this without understanding the core meaning of 'value.' That it's not what we see as value but what our audience sees as value.
What solutions they want and we won't know if we don't do the work and..ask them. That's the part I love as well. being able to chat, talk, and get to know them all and...find out what they are going through and what they're needs are. What solutions they want. You know, the outcome.
I have to say, there is so much in this world we can do to solve probems as a Network Marketers who have marketing skills. I'm trying to get away from doing videos on attraction marketing or being an expert on videos as a marketing guru.
That way I seperate myself from the herd and I'd advise you do the same.
If we take for example, the mechanic and he wants to grow his business. He will have knowledge on how to fix cars but we can help this mechanic by the following guidance..
- Ask people questions and find out what help they need. What are their frustrations when visiting the garage.
You may find they feel they are being ripped off. Now, I am not saying this happens but if this mechanic can use his or her knowledge, to save people money by being a consultant before taking the car to the garage, and it's a need...then you've shown the way.
And taught how to find out the needs of the people. How to get them from A to the out come B. How this mechanic makes the money using his amazing solutions that caters to the needs of the people.
That's how we can seperate ourselves. Everyone is hitting on Network Marketeers and MLM. Ok, great but there is an ocean missing. A world that needs solutions and you have the skill to help.
I got a meeting next week plus conference calls with all business owners. Plus calls with these organisations and business centres. I'll touch base on what happens next. Be great for anyone to see how it all evolves.
It's Not About How Many Blogging Articles Or Threads We Start...
Yes, you read right. Anyone thinks that is the case got it all wrong. We cannot cheat ourselves, the audience or attraction marketing.
It's not just about blogging about it the most. It's not just about writing articles about it the most. It's about being able to solve people's problems. Finding out what your group audience is first, then go deeper and ask them questions. Dig deeper to find out their pains, frustrations and where they want to be.
Maybe, it might spark some ideas or unravels something that is right before your nose. The main thing, I share, in the hope it may help someone and show how I am approaching. Attraction Marketing isn't about talking about it the most.
Do the market research and phone calls to speak to the people. You can use webcam or online meetings and find out more. Connect with the people. Show you care enough to really find out what their needs are.
And there won't need to be any chasing. The crowd will draw to you.
Guys...I'm doing this without even a blog. I'm doing this without even a capture page. I'm doing this without videos.
Imagine what the heck is going to happen when I unleash the marketing system machine. Heck, it's going to go nuts but it flows with the solutions....they have been HUNGRY for.
This will help me to create powerful headlines, content, training and all geared to the needs of the audience group. I won't need to...second guess and go all over the place.
I'll keep you up to date because it's going to turn out very interesting..

It's Always Going to Be About Networking
Adam,
Having content out there helps, and developing a sales funnel is paramount to internet marketing, but these things are only part of an overall attraction marketing strategy. At the heart of it, and always most importantly is going to be networking with other people. Making real connections. Discussing problems and solutions and addressing the most pressing issues. Differentiation.

Yes Eric. You're right on that mate. I've really enjoyed these past months you know. Going out, meeting people, chatting up on phone, and also online meeting, and it's been buzzing. And everytime I do this, something happens.
I don't know if you come across this Eric or is it just me. But the more I am engaging the people, conneting with them, and connect them all with others, my ears or listening is getting stronger. It's like, before, 8 months ago, it was noisy, not being able to connect, and not being able to pin things down in really listening.
But, for sometime now Eric, it seems to me, the problems, what they want is loud, pops out very, very clear. It's kind of wierd for me but maybe that's what suppose to happen. Maybe that's what it means to have lazer focus, to go deep into their minds.
When I learnt about going deep into persons or group mind, I didn't think it was kind of literally but it's actually, now, it's literal. It's like I know what they feel, the pain, frustrations, and what they want. I didn't have that 8 months ago.
And it came about when I got on phone, meeting them too, either face to face, or online.
It's becomeing very, very clear, like you said, about how the funnel and rest is really vital but it's ALSO, the biggie, in which you connect, discuss and talk.
It's even gone like, well, it's like I am getting to know for example the business owners, the organisations, and business centres, as friends. It's not anymore "Oh, he's a marketeer" but like:
"Hey Adam, how you doing.." kind of thing.
I got meeting with them soon, next week. So we're going to meet face to face and it be businesses, organisations and centres, coming together. I never thought I'd pull it off Eric but I just believed, if I can sort out what their frustrations are, and create the solutions, I can maybe, help our city and people it in and everyone can benefit too.
Still a long way but it's a start and it's moving fast.
