How Powerful Are Headliners? You'd Be Surprised.

It is amazing how you just change words in a Headliner and suddenly, you get more views. For example, when I first started writing articles on betternetworker.com, it would get a few reads, maybe 2, maybe 5, or 7 views.

But the moment I created emotional headliners, that had questions and solution within, the numbers shot up big time.

For example, look at the article called Where Do I Start?

Now, the content has value in it but look at the headliner. It is an emotional one. It asks the question "where" and it provides the solution to "Start." Who do you know that just don't know how to start?

Many people start from begining, so many will face a delima of where to, due to the vast information, hype and bombardments they get. This article went to the Most Viewed section afterwards.

But let's look at the other one too.

I went further, and this time, I even added an image and the question now is, Are You Pumping Up The Volume? Then when someone clicks on it, they see the text "Before And After Strategy."

This article shot up so fast, it's in the Most Viewed already.

So now, I am thinking. Not only do I use a Headliner with a question and solution in it, but also an image within my adverts I put on Craiglist or anywhere else.

Finally, I sent an email to just one of my friends. The question subject header was:

Do You Feel You're Alone In Running Your Business?

I didn't think that was a really strong question but boy, was I wrong. The email got circulated with it's body article in it, to so many people, I got people asking, "yeah I am alone, can you help please. I'm sick of the lack of support getting from the centres. Because.."

My email box is full because this headliner was sent to one of my friend, who sent this email to his friends, and it went to one person to another, to another and then all went back to me.

Just a thought for anyone reading my blog here and maybe, a good tip too.
