When You Feel Like Giving Up! Part 1

Last night I was on a call with Aaron Webber and he said what makes you stay in this industry? What he said was quite impressive and I would like to share some words of wisdom. . He said it is good to have a Why and Goals, but what happens when they are reached or met. You need to have an Internal Will that will keep you going. You need inspiration. He said to really take some time and think about it and write it down. For me, it is Building People, Helping People and Building Goals and Achieving Them, one goal at a time. My job is to help you and work with you so you will have success. I love when I hear someone on the opposite end of the phone say “I understand”, “I got it”. It’s a great feeling. That inspires me to continue! What inspires you to continue when you feel like giving up or throwing in the towel?

What inspires me?
When I get discouraged, all I have to do is look at my daughter. She is what keeps me going & inspires me! :)

I think you nailed it with the quotes of what people have told you when you are helping them. I have to say that my favorite, most motivating comments from people I have helped have been, "Thank You!" "You are so generous", and "I could not have done this without your help" What if you heard those kinds of things, oh I don't know, say three times a day? Would that do it? It sure does for me :)
