The things we can learn from a baby............

Today was a rewarding and educational day for me....

I was at Mass this morning, thinking about life and all the things I had to get accomplished today. When I looked over and was watching this baby that was about 1 years old. It struck me as I watched this little girl.....she kept trying to give her things to others around her. Hmmm....a baby trying to share there favorite things with others.

Well, laddies and gentlemen....that is what we are suppose to be doing as adults too. We are suppose to share ourselves with others. Lend a helping hand when needed. Not just physically, but socially and mentally.

So, during this lent season...I would ask that everyone share themselves with someone else in a different way, some way. Giving is not just about money. Giving is time, effort, sacrifice.

So, as I end today...I would say give more of yourself. Lend a helping hand. Share your favorite 'toy' to someone in need.
