Laziness vs. Complacency...

I think one of the most common terms in this industry is lazy, kind of like that opening. So, let's come back to that one...

Another of the most used terms in this industry is complacent, and these two adjectives are more black and white than one might think.
To be complacent is to be satisfied with the 200 or so random clicks you get per day on your website from traffic exchanges. You could, on the other hand, be lazy and still at least use the TE's to view others' sites and get ideas.
To be complacent is to be satisfied with your $45k/yr job (and that is fine... for you). Lazy people would probably like to do less physical work for more earnings.... a lot more!

Well, am I right? I hope you know I am.

Complacency, without trying to offend, is a loser's mentality.
Laziness is just that... laziness.

I can do my job from the couch, in my skivvies, unshowered and stinky and have all the manly noises deriving from me that I want. Do I... in a word... NO! I can tend to have some lazy tendencies, but I like to be more aggressive with my approach. If I have free time, I'm using it to help people wherever I can!

My whole point here is, don't worry about being lazy or called so. But, if you are one bit complacent, you have got some work to do.

And do it now, don't put it off... that is exactly the problem!!

Well.... GO!
