Susan Walsh has always been blessed with an entrepreneurial spirit. She started her first business at 11 and has worked as her own boss ever since. At 19, she opened a beauty salon - and ran it successfully for the next 27 years. "My father instilled a strong work ethic in us," says Susan. "He taught us we had to work for what we wanted."

But after 27 years, Susan was ready to find something more challenging - and less of a barrier to enjoying the kind of life she desired. It took a terminal illness in her family to open her eyes to the raw truth that life was too short to waste on work alone. In 1992, she and her husband, Gary, agreed to open their hearts and minds to a new path.

After exploring the network marketing field, she recognized that it suited her perfectly.

"I fell in love," says Susan. "Network marketing is where I wanted to be - but I had to kiss a few frogs before I found the perfect company."

That perfect company was CyberWize. She and Gary researched more than 300 companies before meeting with the CyberWize Home Office - and eventually, with her mentor, Double Diamond Executive Brad Hager.
