2. Internet Marketing- If you are not marketing your product or services, you don't have a business, you just have a hobby. If your not using the Internet for marketing your product or services, you will soon be out of business. Simply put, get on line or get out of the game.  
3. Mental Makeover-   You have to believe that you will achieve your goals no matter what happening around you. You have to be bigger than your current situation and see your self growing, succeding and becoming a person of wealth.  
4. Hard Work- To create  powerful streams of   residule  is not an easy task,  its going to require real hard work at first, but over time the work  will get easier and easier.
