Start with a relationship

As we all know, or should know,,,,MlM is all about relationships. You can't get someone to join your team unless you have something to give them. Be it advice, friendship, leadership, etc,, You have to add value to their life or there is no point in them wasting there time and energy with you or your business. This is the first and foremost thing all networkers need to learn. Make friends, give help and support and you will be on you way to having a team that really counts on you and will stick together. Always answer your downlines questions and help them in any way you can. You all will profit in the long run.
