You must focus on what you want with certainty and commitment.  You have to stay on track.  Even when " Life Happens"  you must remain on course.  Do you know what it is that you want.  It took me a while to truely figure that out.  Everyone's will be different and that's o.k.  As a leader you want to help everyone in your organization find out what they want to achieve. Then you must a follow a proven system.  Do what it is that is required to achieve success.  Help everyone achieve success.  Stay on track and stay focused.  Don't let the little things get you down and stop moving forward.  When your having a bad day look up for motivation and when your having a good day tell it to your team. 

By staying focused and following a system you will acheive true success.
