        My Outlook on life and Health and The Future

As the Theme of this blog states this site is going to be about Living a healty long lifeso you can successfully build a healthy life style and your wealth over a long period of time, your heirs will be very happy about that don't you think.                                                                                                           Over many posts here I will reveal my thinking on how I have kept myself healthy low these many years, yes I am not a young guy any more but I expect to be around for many years to come!                          And the way acheived that is with excellent high quality nutritional supplements and eating healthy foods and eliminating things such as salt,sugar and  all soda drinks.                                                                    And yes it is very effective to have a positive outlook on life and frendships that also means get rid of all anger, grudges mean thoughts and such.
