What's Your Driving Force?

Hello again! It's been a while since I've wrote a blog on here and there's a good reason. I needed to look deep into myself and wonder "why am I doing what I'm doing?" I needed to examine myself to see what my driving force was. I know the only driving force I had was to make a lot of money, so I didn't have to write a resume, or work for a company that may fire me again. Though those would drive some people to work this opportunity to the bone, but I needed more. Somethings less about me, and more about others.

That's when went over to Target, and invested in two sheets or poster board and a Sharpie. I started to write down the reasons why I wanted to get out of the rat race. Everytime I wrote down a reason, I started to get more and more motivated on presenting this product. Though I will make a lot of money, the majority of the bullet points I wrote down wasn't about me. It was about my future wife...my parents...my God...and others. I think the 2nd to the last reason was to have a nice house and car. The last reason had to do with starting a Non-Profit organization, and the only reason why that was last, is because it was the last thing (though, maybe the most important) that I thought about.

So here are my questions: What is your reason for having your own home based business/MLM/Network Marketing business? Is it all about you? Are you genuinely interested in helping others and see yourself completing something bigger than you? Can you see yourself doing something to fulfill these things in your life?
