Why Am I Here???
No, that title has nothing to do with pondering the uber-cosmic question of "why am I here?" I've already figured that question out in my own mind, but it's more like "why am I here on this website?" Here's the scoop:
I was directed here by a reputable source who is all about building a business through character development: something I hold dearly to my heart. Yes, I do have a small business, and I do want to build make it grow (what kind of idiot builds a business to want it to fail,) but I want to do it with integrity. No cold-calling. No getting my friends, family, and 3rd cousin twice-removed (whatever that means) to be a customer, or a part of a downline. I don't need the stress of thinking that everytime I go to church, or a family function, people dodge me because I may FORM them (if you're in MLM, you know what I mean.) I'm doing this not just so I can have a lot of money so I can get that exotic car that I've always dreamed of, or a huge house that I never use (which are all great, by the way) but so my future wife doesn't need to know where the money's coming from week-to-week, and so my kids, parents, and siblings are well provided for. So I can use my money to feed the poor, spread the gospel of Christ, and do better things with my time that waste working 8 hours a day for a paycheck.
(oh, and if you don't like the snippet about Christ...TOUGH! This is my blog.)
I'm here to help others, and to be helped by those who are a lot more knowledgeable than me. That's why I'm here...
...and to think I was going to start off by writing about the spanking Michigan State gave my Fighting Irish this past Saturday. :-)
