COACHABLE???

That word COACHABLE what exactly does it mean?. As a leader who do you tag as coachable, how much should they follow you or your system before they are seen as coachable?

As a follower of a leader what would you say coachable means to you? And would you say you are coachable? If yes what results have you achieved from being coachable?

Just looking to hear what the expert s and newbies think as this word is thrown around SSSOOOOO much.
