How to Find SERIOUS Network Marketers???

I need SERIOUS Network Marketers. How do I find them?Ok, I have posted this once before and got some lame replies like "you're fishing in the wrong pool" and "surround yourself with business minded people", etc. If I knew how to do that, I wouldn't be posting this!! I know everyone likes to quote T. Harv Eker about helping others and it comes back to you, but about 90% of people here try to help others by posting a link to buy some "crap" that they want me to buy. I even emailed a "guru" one time and he gave me NO advice, just tried to sell crap to me. I wrote back and he never replied. I am pretty sure T Harv Eker meant for FREE. So I am looking for help more on the lines of .."This is what you do and here it is step by step..." So, this is what I want to know....

1. What are the most cost effective if not FREE methods of marketing online as well as offline?
2. How do I prevent from signing up lame people that have no motivation? I market online and my methods advertise to "anyone" wanting to make money online (that includes lazy people too).
3. Any specific FORUMS, social networking sites, etc. that are popular and have SERIOUS network marketers?

Let me know what you have to say either on comments or message me. Thanks.

Same boat, but learning!

Did you buy "Building on a Budget" yet? I just received mine, and am 1/3 of the way through it. Already learning some great ways to advertise for free! Plan on reading this several more times in the coming week. Another great resource is The Renegade Marketer & Renegade University. Very detailed steps on how to get free, targeted traffic. Just some ideas I have come across. Hope this helps.

Try BNI

Business Network International, or BNI, is a group of business owners and sales people. There are probably several chapters in an area near you, and the sole purpose is to develop relationships with each other and to pass each other referrals. This is a forum that will allow you to develop your interpersonal and sales skills. In fact, I am the financial advisor in my chapter and I met with another member of my chapter today, and they signed up for my YTB travel business. It's all about relationships. However, be prepared to spend anywhere from $300-$400 for a year's membership. It was worth it to me, however, since I have been a member for 5 years now. Just another "offline" marketing opportunity.

Ronny???

Have you posted this question in the main forum? If not, please do so now. You will get more helpful responses rather than comments that just lead you to join someone else's opportunity.

Your certainly looking for the right thing...Serious Network Mar

Ronny, great question and common problem. Finding serious NM is key to growing your business. If there was a magical or "easy" solution, everyone would be doing it. There's a reason most fail in this industry......you know what it is?

In my opinion, 2 major factors. The first one is kind of obvious. Running out of money before the business is producing enough money to support the venture. The second reason is most don't develop enought value to offer others.

I submit that the majority of money any new or unsuccessful NM should spend should be weighted heavily on developing their marketing, leadership, and communication skills.

With this in mind, perhaps the real solution is not finding serious NM, but serious NM's finding you. Attraction marketing. Hence the name of this community, Magnetic Sponsoring.

If you have read about any of the leaders/instuctors in this industry and in our MS commununity, they all agree and teach, the long term success of your business, will be directly related to the value you offer others.

While I can appreciate that many of the post offer different things to buy in their post, and their reply was more to get a commission that help you, I challenge you to succeed in this industry without investing in yourself.

There are many free resources available to develop your skills as a Network Marketer, a leader, a communicator, a copy writer, etc... Just start Googling away, or spend time in forums like this and find those people who post solutions or training.

I promise you that if you stand out as someone who has the skill set and personality that attracts others to contact you, you will find your serious Network Marketers who want to work with you.

Position yourself as an expert and someone who can help others reach their dreams, and your business will grow beyond your wildest dreams. So become that person.

Wishing you continued success in all you do!!

PS. No links posted here, just my best thoughts on a great question.

Take Your Time

Take Your Time. I was once very much just like you. I wanted to jump right in and start making money, but it doesn't happen that way. At least not for MOST of us. The people that you read about who are making all types of money have been in this game for quite some time. They have been in or around the industry and have had the opportunity to build great relationships with others. They learned what works and what doesn't work and in this process waht they were doing was adding VALUE to who they were.

Think about this. Why would a serious NM need to partner up with you? If you can't answer that question than you probably really haven't established yourself as being somone of value in the NM industry. Any serious NM is already comfortable where thay are with what they are doing. Here is the key.

Like Art said, establish yourself as someone of value. Learn ALL you can learn. Invest in Personal Development. Build relationships. This is by no means a get rich quick industry. It takes time. I believe that this industry isn't about your company OR your product. It's about you.

Just to wrap this up, I will say this: People won't buy your business opportunity if they don't buy YOU first.
