Stop Failure Eliminating failure, can a company do this or is it up to the individual? I have always though it was up to the individual person to be the master of their own success. I thought people had to grow and evolve to be able to have success.

Why is there such a high failure rate in our industry? My answer is this. We are trained to market a sales and marketing model to people who know nothing about sales and marketing. Our industry is always feeding on the new person. We suck them in with, (all you have to do is tell your friends about this). (It’s not selling it is sharing). They get excited about the business and keep their autoship up for a few months them dropout without ever talking to one person about their business. Why would someone do that? Because they are scared shitless. They know nothing about selling anything to anybody… From what I have read only about 3% of the population are sale orientated that’s equals our failure rate in our industry (97%).

Here is another example for you. Someone gets signed up. They make a big splash in their 1kst 60 days by signing up family members and then in 120 days they are gone. What happened? Well it’s kind of like how the hire Kirby vacuum sales people do it. They run an ad in let’s say the local newspaper. Headline: Make $5,000 a month no Experience necessary. About 25-30 people show up for this group interview and they hire everyone who can pay for the $200 training class. So they end up with about 20-25 people. They start the training class. The trainer sale the piss out of the Kirby vacuum now the trainee has to practice the presentation by breaking into groups and role playing. Now they are half way decent at doing a presentation on the product and the trainer says okay now I want you to take the vacuum home and practice the presentation of family and friends. The trainer tells you to say something like this. Call your mom up and say do you mind if I come over and practice my Kirby presentation on you? I am going out for real next week and I really need the practice. Ding, Ding, Ding… do you see what they are doing. They are working the warm market. The Kirby people sell about 10-15 vacuums during the training class. Most of these salespeople only make it a few weeks before they are gone. Then Kirby just runs another ad and reloads with new recruits.

So back to my question:

Stop failure Eliminating Failure in our Industry, Is it really Possible? The way it is setup right now the answer is NO. Most people will not take the time to change themselves to become successful. They would rather quit and justify their decision by saying well I tried and it was just a scam I should have known better. Leaving another person burnt by our industry… What if it did not have to be this way, what if we could have a company that was task based and not sale’s based. Now we all know nothing happens until something is sold. But what if we let a system do the selling and had peopled pushing the buttons. Would that change the equation? I know it would.

Idea How much better would you feel, if you knew the people you brought into a business would see Happy positive results daily just by pushing a few buttons on their computer? Your new person is now seeing positive results daily. They get excited and are now wanting to share based on their results without having to recruit anyone. They start to think I need tell so and so about this. I am telling you this right now this will change the way people think about their business. They will truly start building on the law of attraction. Another great thing will happen your attrition rate will drop. Why would someone get out of the business if they are seeing daily cash rewards for pushing a few buttons on their computer?
