Seeking Experienced Leaders Looking to Create a New Dynasty
As one of the founding associates of LifeShare International I currently have the distinct pleasure of being able to hand pick the key leaders who are going to shape the culture of our company.
Over the years I have watched lots of people struggle with the concept of attracting professionals (Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Brokers, Sales & Marketing People and Business Owners) to their team. This is because in almost every case the product or service being marketed, created a distraction from that person's time for them to be marketing and conducting their primary business. A business which in most cases they were already fairly successful and and enjoyed doing.
As one of the founding associates with LifeShare International I have had the opportunity to help create a system which we can now use to launch a successful marketing campaign designed to attract professionals from all different types of businesses on to our team. We have a product and a service that will drive more referral traffic to their primary business, help them create stronger client retention and even give them a way to turn their competitors into an additional stream of income.
For many years now I have been getting a number of calls every week from people who have been trying to recruit me into their company to market their product, service and opportunity because of my visibility from our radio show ACES Radio Live.
When these people call me to invite me to look at their company, product, service and opportunity I always humbly thank them for their interest in wanting me to be a part of their team and after listening to their pitch I ask them the following three questions.
- What do you know about Network Marketing?
- What can I learn from you by joining your team which can help us both to create more synergistic growth?
- What system do you have in place to provide myself and the rest of your team with leads to grow our business?
The three questions listed above are questions that I would invite anyone who is looking to partner with a mentor and build a business to ask of the person who is trying to recruit them.
Since this is an open letter, I won't know if you have read it or not... but you will. And, rest assured that there may be members of your team, even members of your company whom you already know, who will also be reading this and they might just reach out to me before you do.
Consequently, I would invite everyone that might be remotely curious about partnering with myself and our LifeShare team to CALL me and ask me those same three questions listed above and also to see if we could be a good fit on a personal level.
After all, if we're going to build a business together wouldn't it make since that we should want to like each other and become friends?
