Aachoo was founded in July 2010 by a group of experienced networkers who have more than 20 years of experience combined. Aachoo is a social network which is useful for professional network and affiliate marketers. In order to join (and view the Aaachoo tour) people need a referring member’s ID and invitation code. If people choose to join, they must pay a monthly fee. For this, they get an affiliate link they must promote – people who join as a free member using this opt-in page bring in commissions. There are also other aspects of the compensation plan which are typical of multi-level marketing, including a matrix and bonuses.
As a social networking site, the website offers typical features, including a profile page, the ability to upload videos and photos and make new friends. The website also offers a virtual meeting room which can be used to increase a member’s exposure to others on the site, or simply to discuss business affairs.
The website states that the company is a debt free, financially stable and runs on its own server platform. The company also employs its own in-house customer service representatives, designers and programmers.
The company does not accept AOL and Yahoo! Email addresses. There are also some issues with Hotmail, MSN, Comcast, sbcglobal, Shaw and Sympatico.
