AmeriPlan Corporation is a is a privately owned company, offering a discount membership program for services such as dental, medical, optical, chiropractic, hearing, pharmacies and other medical care expenses. The company was started in 1993 by brothers Dennis and Daniel Bloom. The first product sold was a discount dental membership plan. Ameriplan distributes its membership services using multilevel marketing.

AmeriPlan Services

AmeriPlan Corporation sells plans that provide members discounts on dental, vision, medical, chiropractic, and hearing care, as well as prescriptions.

AmeriPlan Dental Plus
Provides unlimited family discount dental membership which AmeriPlan claims can offer discounts of up to 80% off for orthodontia, cosmetic dentistry, specialists, and ongoing dental care. With their monthly membership, customers also receive discounts for prescription drug, vision, and chiropractic care.

Individual Dental
Individual membership offers the same discounts and benefits as the AmeriPlan Dental Plus.

Basic Wellness
A plan that covers the entire household. Basic Wellness provides discounts on vision, prescription, hearing services, and offers a consulting nurse line to call with questions and concerns.

Total Health
A plan for the entire household, Total Health offers discounts on a range of services. Dental, vision, prescription, chiropractic, physician care, ancillary services, Hospital Advocacy (which helps patients manage costs associated with hospital stays), and access to the nurse line are included.

Total Health Plus
Total Health Plus is an all-inclusive plan for the entire family. Discounts are given on dental, vision, prescriptions, chiropractic, physician care, ancillary services, Hospital Advocacy, access to the nurse line, auto club, identity theft assistance, and legal services.
