Arsoa Honsha Corporation Ltd. was established in 1998 as the Cosmetics Division of Osho Corp., founded in 1972. Arsoa Honsha markets health supplements and cosmetics, and also researches, develops and produces water purifiers.
Arsoa Honsa markets itself as a natural cosmetics company, and to demonstrate this commitment, moved its headquarters away from crowded Tokyo to Kobuchisawa, an area known for its clean water. The headquarters building was designed based on a water theme, and demonstrates Arsoa’s environmentally conscious culture.
It’s flagship product is Arsoa Queen Silver Soap.
Arsoa Products
Arsoa Honsha products are based on its “Three Pillars of Good Health” which include heart, skin and body. All products claim to include natural ingredients grown using environment-friendly practices. None of the products are tested on animals, nor do they contain any animal ingredients.
Arsoa Queen Silver Soap
The flagship product of the company, Arsoa Queen Silver Soap was launched in 1972 to promote problem-free skin, a Japanese concept of true beauty. The soap is made using natural oil and fat to gently cleanse the skin, and honey to provide hydration.
Nuquor
The Nuquor line includes Cell Clay Facial Mask, Cell Skin Lotion for moisturizing, and Cell Essence to protect the skin. All Nuquor products are marketed for their anti-aging effects, and manufactured using spring water collected from the Tokachi River, a rich source of plant constituents. Products also contain rhinacanthus nasutus extracts, known for their moisturizing and antioxidant properties.
Amuny
The Amuny line consists of a clay mask and skin lotion, and is manufactured using Arsoa water, believed to be a rich source of minerals needed for maintaining healthy skin. Amuny products can be used by people of all ages and skin types.
Saussurea
Targeting modern working women, this line includes products made with snow lotus, a plant found in the wildness of China. The product also contains arsoa water and saussurea to help moisturize the skin. Product claims include protection from UV rays, stress, lack of sleep and pollution.
