Founders Verdis Norton and James Pack agreed to form ASEA over a golf game in 2007, when Norton wrote Pack a check on the spot to help him conduct research and develop the proprietary technology to manufacture a product that helps create and stabilize molecules found naturally in the human body.  ASEA was formally launched as a network marketing company in 2010.
