According to the website, this was the first success in many for what grew into Avalar. Now, the company offers its franchise opportunity to all real estate and mortgage businesses – the website advises those interested to call the company headquarters in Las Vegas, Nevada, where they moved in 2003.

One of the principles driving the company is that agents work better and achieve more in a supported environment and with a more diverse compensation package – allowing people to play to their strengths and not against their colleagues. All franchisees can use Avalar’s technology package, a suite of online tools which aids franchisees in customer relationship management, back office resources, marketing campaigns and so on.
