Ceregenex debuted as Ceres Living in 2010, the result of a strategic alliance between the Promethean Corporation and the NeoStem Group, and changed its name at its first annual convention in late 2010.
Dr. Robin Smith, the owner of adult stem cell storage company NeoStem, is the co-founder of Ceres Living, along with Promethean Corporation CEO Richard Anzalone. Ceres Living has been established with the mission to provide products using all natural ingredients combined with the latest scientific discoveries. AIO Premium Cellular Health is the flagship product of the company.

Ceregenex offers two product lines: AIO, and Activar.
AIO Premium Cellular Health
AIO is Ceres Living’s foundation product, and is marketed to help repair DNA at the cellular level. Its chief ingredient, AC11, is an herbal extract (uncaria tomentosa) which is found in the rainforests of the Amazon and shown to possess properties that can help improve immune system function, reduce inflammation and improve skin appearance by boosting collagen production.
Activar
Activar is a line of skin care and renewal products, featuring Day Repair, Night Repair, and Eye Repair, all claiming to aid the skin in cellular repair and renewal by blocking the effects of sun, pollution and stress.
