Gano Excel is a Malaysian company founded by Leow Soon Seng in 1995. Mr. Leow founded Gano Excel after discovering the healthy benefits of Ganoderma Lucidum, a mushroom also known as Reishi or Lingzhi. This mushroom has been used for over 4,000 years in traditional Chinese medicine to boost the immune system, improve cholesterol and blood pressure levels, increase circulation and fight bacteria and viruses.
In 1997 Gano Excel realized that the taste of Ganoderma Lucidum mixes well with the taste of coffee, and created a beverage with a unique savory and bittersweet taste and several healing benefits.
Gano Excel has the largest organic plantation of Ganoderma Lucidum in the world. The plants are harvested and treated in company laboratories where mushroom extracts are blended with coffee beans, which are roasted, filtered and sprayed dry, avoiding any chemical processing. Added to the coffee and the Ganoderma Lucidum are 200 phytonutrients (polysaccharides, triterpenoids and Germanium), and over 100 antioxidants.
Gano Excel also manufactures and markets tea, hot cocoa, breakfast cereal, personal care products and nutritional supplements. All of these products take advantage of the Ganoderma Lucidum’s healing benefits.

It's high levels of antioxidants help protect the body from free radicals, and it also lowers blood pressure, reduces cholesterol and boosts the immune system.
The Ganoderma Lucidum utilized in Gano Excel's products is grown on a farm owned by the company, claimed to be the world largest organic Ganoderma plantation. The mushrooms take 3 months to grow and are harvested when the nutrients are at their peak, guaranteeing the highest quality possible.
GanoCafé 3-in-1
GanoCafé 3-in-1 is a gourmet coffee blended with Ganoderma Lucidum extract. Its ingredients are coffee, sugar, ganoderma extract and non-dairy creamer. It was the first product in the world to mix coffee with Ganoderma.
