About Jerky Direct
In 1969, Roger Ball created King B Jerky, the third largest company selling meat snack products. In 1983, he co-founded a company in the Direct Sales industry that went on to become one of the top five in the world, with sales over $750 million a year. In 2004, Ball founded Jerky Direct, which combines the merchandizing of beef jerky and multilevel marketing, as part of the Ball Enterprises family of companies.

Jerky Direct claims that their products provide a healthy, all-natural source of protein. Many of their products contain no preservatives or no added MSG and other chemicals, and are only minimally processed. Jerky Direct says that its jerky is handmade in its own USDA-certified smokehouse. Jerky Direct use only superior quality top round beef, seasoned with a secret blend of spices and slow smoked with hickory.

The buffalo used in this product are ranch-raised, USDA-inspected, and raised without hormones. It comes in the following flavors: original, peppered, red hot, sweet & spicy, teriyaki, and hickory smoked. It is available as traditional jerky or slab style.
Beef Stix
The beef in this product is ranch-raised without hormones, and is USDA-inspected. It comes in the following flavors: original, fajita, habanero hot, peppered, hickory smoked, sweet & spicy, and teriyaki. It also comes in the following styles: extra tender, slabs, and sticks.
