Koopuwa
The flagship product of Maakoa, this nutritional beverage is manufactured using the cupuacu fruit, found in the Amazon Basin’s tropical rainforests of Brazil. Cupuacu extracts have been found to strengthen the immune system and increase the body’s ability to fight disease, help maintain healthy cholesterol levels, flush free radicals, improve the texture of skin and hair, and increase energy and stamina. Koopuwa also contains pomegranate, acia berry and blueberry extracts, which besides having antioxidant properties, are also rich sources of Vitamins B1, B2, B3, A and C, and essential fatty and amino acids.

MXP3 Lean
A weight management product, MXP3Lean is marketed as a meal replacement shake and an appetite suppressant. Ingredients include LuraLean and Hi-maize. According to the Maakoa research team, Hi Maize is a natural source of resistant starch and fibers  which promotes a feeling of fullness, improves digestive health, and increases energy.  LuraLean is a water soluble condensed dietary fiber preparation that helps in weight management.  One serving of contains 15 gms protein, 15 gm fibers and 170 calories.

MPX3 Build
Maakoa Build is a whey protein shake which promotes lean muscle mass and reduced accumulation of fat. It is marketed for body builders and athletes, and claims to provide 100% of daily mineral and vitamin needs
