Mandura calls its mixture of fruit juices “the royal family of fruits.”  It combines durian (called “the King of fruits”) with mangosteen (“the Queen of fruits”), claiming the two work together to improve nutrition and promote wellness.  The product also includes blueberry and acai, and has no preservatives.   Mandura includes xanthones, phytonutrients, minerals, and antioxidants, and promotes natural energy, increases serotonin and melatonin levels, supports cartilage and joint function, helps maintain healthy intestines, and is a good source of proteins, minerals, and omega fats.

Even without preservatives, Mandura has a two-year shelf life, achieved by using a unique bottling process that eliminates the need excessive heat in processing.  The beverage is flash-pasteurized and bottled cold, which helps prevent spoiling and preserves product integrity.  Mandura states that it is one of three bottling facilities in North America that utilize this bottling process.

This supplement has been developed to aid not only weight loss, but also fat storage. Its key ingredients target leptin, a "messenger" hormone manufactured by fat cells which carries information about the state of hunger and commands fat cells to either burn or store fat. Weight loss becomes difficult when the body is unable to recognize those signals. The company claims that Mandura Trim lowers leptin levels, which allows the body to recognize when it is full, thus preventing overeating.  A study conducted by the University of Connecticut found that subjects who used the product averaged a weight loss of 21.5 pounds in eight weeks, lost almost four inches off their waist, over three inches off their hips, and over one inch off each thigh. In addition, their leptin levels went down 42%.  Clinical results also found that the subjects using Mandura Trim lost an average of 90% more weight than those using placebos.
