About Nouveau Riche
Nouveau Riche was founded in 2000 by Jim and Mary Piccollo with Bob Snyder in Scottsdale, Arizona. Originally, the company intended to offer only real estate investment opportunities, but it quickly branched out into education and training people to take advantage of the market. The Real Estate Investment College opened in 2005 with 188 students, increasing to more than 10,000 students by 2008.
The company’s online education includes teleconferences, home study courses and other educational systems. The company also offers what they call an ‘investor concierge service’, a directory of homes that people can invest in – however, the size of the listing is dependent on how many of the company’s courses a student has taken.
Students can attend a variety of regional training events, as well as investor forums and community events. The company is currently working on an entrepreneurial center which is expected to launch sometime in 2010.

The company currently offers a training course to people interested in learning how to make a profitable living in the real estate investment market. The company plans to launch a further service in 2010 to help people to develop their entrepreneurial skills.
