About Qing Mei
Qing Mei is a company founded in 2005, after its founders became acquainted with the qing mei fruit in 2003 while in South Korea, and has its headquarters in the United States. Its only product is a nutritional beverage called Xing, made with qing mei and several other exotic fruits. Qing Mei fruit has, according to the company, a vast supply of minerals, vitamins and antioxidants. It has been used in Asiatic cuisine in the making of juices, liquors, pickles and sauces. It has also a vast medicinal use in traditional Chinese medicine.
Qing Mei Products
Qing Mei, Inc's only product is called Xing, a nutritional beverage that contains the benefits of the qing mei fruit, (Prunus Mume) known in the west asf Japanese Apricot, Japanese Plum or Chinese Plum. It was adopted in 1964 as the National Flower of the Republic of China.
The Qing Mei fruit has several properties. It is said to aid digestion and acid reflux, support a healthy cardiovascular function, enhance circulation, and help prevent heart attack and stroke. It also provides a wide array of nutrients that boost immune function and reduce fatigue. It contains several important antioxidants, which support and protect cell function and have anti-aging effects. The Qing Mei fruit has acids that balance the body's pH levels and minerals, like phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, potassium and iron.
The Journal of Food Properties recently conducted a study in which was discovered that the qing mei fruit has anti-cancer and anti-tumor effects.
Xing
Xing is a nutritional supplement beverage made with the qing mei fruit, a mixture of other fruit juices and natural plants. This drink contains a high dose of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. It claims all the benefits of the qing mei fruit, among them anti-aging effects, purification of blood, vitalization, cell preservation and recovery from fatigue.
