About Shaklee
Started by San Francisco chiropractor Dr Forrest C Shaklee Sr. with his sons Raleigh and Forest Jr. in 1956, Shaklee provides natural nutritional supplements, personal care products and environmentally friendly household cleaners. Dr Forrest began selling vitalized minerals in 1915 when the concept of nutritional supplements was still new. Dr Forrest was a pioneer in biodegradable products with the introduction of Basic H, one of Shaklee’s staples.
In 1989, 78% of Shaklee Japan was acquired by Yamanouchi Pharmaceuticals. In March 1989 a bid was made by Minneapolis financer Irwin L Jacobs to take over Shaklee, but the firm was acquired by Yamanouchi. In 2004, Yamanouchi sold Shaklee Corporation to Roger Barnett, an American billionaire.
Shaklee Corporation offers a wide array of natural, environmentally friendly home care products, personal care, nutrition, and weight products, and air purification products in the United States, Canada, Japan, China, Mexico, Malaysia and Taiwan. Every year 83,000 quality assurance tests are conducted to produce environmentally friendly products, and more than $250 million is set aside for research and development of new products.

Enfuselle Skin Care
Shaklee claims that using Enfuselle products morning and night may reverse the signs of aging, help the skin retain moisture and increase collagen production . The products’ principle ingredients include antioxidants like Vitamins E, C and A, along with beta glucan, superoxide dismutase, grape seed extract and panthenol.
Get Clean
Get Clean is a biodegradable range of home cleaning products which contain natural ingredients and biodegradable surfactants. The products use recyclable packaging and do not include phosphates, nitrates, chlorine or borates that are harmful to the environment.
Shaklee Baby and Shaklee Kids
The product line includes vitamin supplements developed for infants and children, as well as organic baby shampoo, diaper rash cream, lotions and massage oils created for sensitive skin.
Vivix Cellular Anti Aging Nutritional Supplement
Vivix is an anti aging supplement marketed to strengthen the body’s defenses against cellular aging. Shaklee claims its 30-day supply of Vivex contains more resveratrol than 3000 glasses of red wine. Product claims include repair and protection of cellular DNA, strengthening of genetic regulators, enhancement of mitochondrial biogenesis, and improved heart function and brain health.
